Founder
K. S. Dhakshnamurthy
Founder of Sparkle Consulting, started his career as a Concierge Executive in 2003. He eventually moved into an HR role where he began to foster clients and enhance his people skills to become a notable expert in the field. Being an industrious person, he often took up challenges to outperform himself in coming up with innovative HR solutions. From his experience, he believes when you trust in the potential of your people, they trust you back with their sincere efforts. This passion for creating the right environment for his people and the personal guidance of his mentors is what led him to found Sparkle, with the vision of becoming the leading HR force in shaping India's varied growing businesses and workforce.
